Dope Pixx Creative Media Co. (“Dope Pixx,” “we,” “us”) is a photo and video studio based in Delaware, USA. We run dopepixx.com and provide brand photography, video production and event coverage.

What We Collect

Information you give us

• Inquiries: your name, email, shoot type, how you heard about us and your message when you use our contact form or email us. Our contact form opens your own email app, so your message reaches us as a regular email.
• Bookings: your name, email, phone number and the time you pick when you book a call through our scheduling calendar.
• Purchases: your name, email, phone number and billing address when you buy a package on our site.
• Email list: your email address if you sign up for updates.
• Shoot details: anything you share to plan your shoot, such as your brand goals, locations, outfits and the people who will be on camera.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our store uses cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. We do not use advertising trackers on dopepixx.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website or seen by us. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

How We Use It

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule your consultation and shoot.
• To process your order, send receipts and deliver your gallery.
• To send you updates and offers if you joined our email list. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
• To keep our website secure and working properly.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your Photos and Videos

We deliver your finished photos and videos through a private online gallery. Only people with your gallery link can view it, so please share that link with care.

We may feature images from your shoot in our portfolio, on our website and on our social media. If you would rather we not share your images, tell us before your shoot or email hello@dopepixx.com at any time and we will remove them from our portfolio and future posts.

Who We Share It With

We only share your information with the services that help us run the business:

We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your gallery files for at least 90 days after delivery, so please download your images. Inquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted after two years.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the information we have about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
• Stop sending you marketing emails.

Email hello@dopepixx.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Security

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by Stripe. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. When we photograph minors, such as for senior portraits, a parent or guardian books the session and agrees to our terms.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
