Refund & Return Policy

The Short Version

What This Covers

This policy applies to all photo and video packages sold on dopepixx.com, including The Drop, The Brand Up, The Full Story and Brand Content Day, as well as custom quotes and add-ons.

Because our packages are services and digital files, there is nothing to physically return. Merchandise bought from the Dope Pixx shop is sold through Fourthwall and follows the shop’s own return policy.

Cancellations

Within 48 hours of purchase

Changed your mind? If you cancel within 48 hours of paying and before we have set your shoot date, you get a full refund.

7 or more days before your shoot

You can choose a refund of your payment minus a 25% booking fee, which covers planning and the date we held for you. Or you can keep 100% of your payment as studio credit to use on any shoot within 6 months.

Less than 7 days before your shoot

Payments are non-refundable at this point, but you can reschedule once (see below).

Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show

If you cancel within 24 hours of your shoot or do not show up, the session is forfeited and no refund or credit is given.

Rescheduling

Life happens. You can reschedule your shoot once at no charge if you give us at least 48 hours notice. Your new date must be within 60 days of the original date. Any further changes depend on our availability.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session to keep the rest of the day on schedule.

Weather and Our Cancellations

If bad weather makes an outdoor shoot unsafe or unworkable, we will reschedule at no cost to you. If we ever need to cancel because of illness or an emergency on our side, you can choose a new date or a full refund.

After Your Shoot

Once your shoot has taken place, your payment is non-refundable because the time, editing and production work have already been done.

We want you to love your images. Every package includes one round of edit revisions. Email us your requested changes within 7 days of receiving your gallery. If something is wrong on our end, such as a missing deliverable or a file that does not open, we will fix it right away.

Limited-Time Offers and Add-Ons

Limited-time offers, including Brand Content Day, follow the same cancellation and reschedule terms above. Studio credit from a limited-time offer can be used toward that same offer or toward any package at its regular price.

Add-ons such as extra edits, rush delivery and additional hours are non-refundable once the work has started.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the money to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
